I offer counselling sessions in person, online, or by phone, giving you flexible options to suit your needs. I provide support in the way that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.


Fees and Cancellations
Sessions are £60 for individuals, typically last 50 minutes to an hour, allowing us the flexibility to end at a natural and appropriate point.
For couples, we usually start with a first session of one hour (£90), to give us a chance to talk about your relationship, what you’d like to work on, and how we might work together.
After that, sessions are usually 1.5 hours at £130, though you’re welcome to keep them to 1 hour if that feels better for you.
I appreciate that life can sometimes be unpredictable, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full.
