Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

I use a person-centred approach in my counselling and psychotherapy with adults and teenagers. This means that I believe we all have a natural capacity for change and growth, but that sometimes circumstances and events can obstruct this within us.

Counselling and psychotherapy creates a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about areas in your life that you may wish to change. My aim is to accept, understand and empathise with your experience, exactly as it is for you.  By doing so, we can work together to recognise and remove those obstacles to growth.

I offer both short-term and long-term sessions.

Each session is 50 minutes long.

The number and frequency of sessions we have is guided entirely by you and what you wish to achieve in therapy.
